Hand positions are the most basic most way of conveying Reiki to the patient. Even if you have only Reiki 1, you will be able to do a world of good by giving Reiki through hand positions. The patient only feels warmth and is pleasantly relaxed. Most people switch off, go to sleep, enter a deep meditation state and so on, so the stress is eliminated. Most people love receiving Reiki!
